Visitor Pre-registration
Online pre-registration is now closed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Trade visitors may now pre-register through one of the following three channels:

  • Mobile Info Site - visit hktdc.com/wap/en; or
  • SMS your email address to (852) 6386 5527

We will send you a registration no. upon completion of pre-registration. Please bring along the no. together with your business card to the Buyer Registration Counter at the fairground to collect your admission badge for free.

For Onsite Registration

Apart from pre-registration, you may also bring along your business card and approach the Buyer Registration Counter at the fairground during the fair period to register for your badge.  Admission fee is $100 per person for onsite registration.

The badge will also allow you free entry to the concurrent HKTDC Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show* (28 February - 4 March 2017) at the AsiaWorld-Expo, with no separate registration required.

For security reasons, your passport or Hong Kong Identity Card will be required to register or collect your admission badge. With our enhanced security measures, all buyers are also required to present a valid photo bearing identity document for on-site identity verification before entering the hall venues.

Beat the crowds and get straight into the fairground! Register or collect your badge before the events at our Buyer Registration Counters listed below and receive a complimentary gift (whilst stock lasts):
